Filming on public roads

Request for authorization or notification of occupation of the public domain for filming and/or photographic reports in the city of Valencia

Applications for occupation of public roads must be made as a legal entity with a digital certificate through the Electronic Office of the Valencia City Council by clicking here.

The Valencia City Council form models must be used, which can be found at the same electronic office. It is suggested to send a copy of the activity report to valenciafilmoffice@visitvalencia.com

Application for filming or photo sessions on beaches

For filming on the beaches of Valencia, the application must be submitted physically with an original signature at the Entry Registry of the Valencia Coastal Authority (Demarcación de Costas de Valencia) located at Joaquín Ballester Street, 39 - 46009 Valencia, or through the electronic office of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition or REDSARA, selecting the Valencia Coastal Authority as the destination body. Send a copy of the application with the registration number to valenciafilmoffice@visitvalencia.com.

Application for filming or photo session at the Port and the Marina

Depending on the area where you intend to film, permits will be granted by the City Council, the Marina concessionaire, or the Port Authority.

To record or conduct a photo session at the City of Arts and Sciences, please fill out and send this form to actosyeventos@cac.es

Application for filming or photo session at the Valencia Bullring

To record or conduct a photo session inside the Bullring, you must fill out the "Application for Access to the Bullring" and submit it through the electronic office from the Procedures Catalog - "Presidency", by clicking here. If the activity takes place only on the esplanade closest to the facade, you must fill out the "generic_instance_council" form, also via the electronic office. Additionally, it must be communicated to the Valencia City Council by clicking here.
